Changes are being proposed to By-laws which govern some operations of the P&C and in accordance with the Coogee Public School's P&C Association's Consitution. The proposed changes to be voted on at the meeting on 2 December 2025 are as follows. 

• Changes to Coogee Public School's P&C Association Rules and Bylaws 

• Changes to Coogee Public School's P&C Association Appendix: Procedures for election at an AGM 

• Changes to Coogee Public School's P&C Association: Appendix: Procedures for nomination in advance of an AGM 

The proposed changes are available to view here. They aim to simplify and modernise some existing processes as well as remove some P&C positions which are no longer operational.
